Коносамент является чистым, если в нем не содержится каких-либо оговорок перевозчика, указывающих на недостатки в состоянии предъявленного отправителем груза или его тары. Коносаменты, содержащие порочащие грузы оговорки, как правило, не принимаются банками к оплате.
